Romanism Breeds Disunity

Steve Hays documents the schismatic and divisive nature of Romanism.

The Roman leopard surely hasn't changed its spots. Romanists fought each other in the past, and they do so now. I personally blame sola ecclesia and the concept of the magisterium for such horrible disunity.

PP, I'm glad that you're concerned about this, too. Somebody needs to tell Catholics the good news about the unity they can find in the Watchtower. Jesus prayed in John 17:21 that we would all be one. Therefore, Roman Catholicism cannot be true. The logic is clear and compelling.

I can only speak anecdotally, but I find greater organizational and doctrinal unity in the Watchtower than I do in the Roman Catholic Church or, say, the Lutheran Church --- Missouri Synod, the synod into which I had thought about enrolling in as a seminarian some time ago.

BTW, the Watchtower folks who come to the door use the same tack as the RC's do to implicate the RCC!
